Synopsis:

Monsoon trough affecting Luzon. 

Forecast:

Metro Manila, the regions of Central Luzon, Ilocos and Cordillera will have cloudy skies with occasional light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Cagayan, Abra, Kalinga and Isabela and coming from the southwest to west over the rest of Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest to west with slight to moderate seas.
