Synopsis:

Intertropical convergence zone affecting Visayas and Mindanao. 

Forecast:

Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over northern luzon with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to north over the rest of Luzon and Visayas and coming from the Northwest to Southwest over Mindanao. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate.
