PAGASA - Weather Forecast as of October 5, 2012


Synopsis:
At 4:00 am today, Tropical Storm "MARCE" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 280 km West of Subic, Zambales (14.5°N, 117.4°E) with maximum winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move West slowly 
Forecast:

MIMAROPA, Visayas and Zamboanga Peninsula will be cloudy with occasional moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of Mindanao will have occasional light to moderate rains or thunderstorms. The rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to East will prevail over the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Ilocos Region and coming from the Southwest to South over the rest of Luzon and Western Visayas. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Southwest to West with slight to moderate seas.
