PAGASA - Weather Forecast as of September 4, 2012


Synopsis:
At 2:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 460 km East of Bicol Region (13.9°N, 129.0°E). 
Forecast:
Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Southwest to West will prevail over Luzon and coming from the South to Southwest over Visayas and Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
