PAGASA - Weather Forecast as of September 5, 2012

Synopsis:

At 2:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 80 km East of Infanta, Quezon (14.7°N, 122.5°E). 

Forecast:

The whole country will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming cloudy with widespread rains over Southern Luzon which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the Northeast to Northwest will prevail over Luzon and coming from the South to Southwest over Visayas and Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
